Frugalista LA Hearts Happy Hour

For everyone that has to work to maintain the lifestyle you've become accustomed to, Happy Hour is an essential part of life. It's a cheap(-er) way to imbibe, nosh and get away from the hell of the past 8 hours of your life. I've decided to periodically review some of LA's Happy Hours. Let me know your favorites.

I especially want to reveal places that have late night HHs, as for us working folk, the 4pm-7pm HH usually ends before we can even get out of the office.
